THE EASTER EGG HUNT IS ON!
From April 11th-16th, hop on down to Victoria Square and begin your search! Easter Egg stickers have been placed around the mall and it’s retailers. Will you find them all?
Find it. Scan it. Enter to win! Every egg you scan gets you an additional entry! You could win an Ultimate Easter Gift Basket($500 value)!
Regulations:
This contest is intended for residents of Canada only, and will be interpreted according to Canadian Law. This contest is being conducted by Mountwater Capital Corp., and excludes employees of retail tenants of shopping centres managed by Mountwater Capital Corp., directors, officers, representatives and agents of Mountwater Capital Corp., and their agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion agencies, assignees, personal associates, families, as well as those with whom they reside, (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsors”). All winners must be 18 years of age or older who will sign the Contest Release Form.
GIVEAWAY:
Period: April 11th – 16th, 2022
Customers of Victoria Square Shopping Centre can find egg stickers hidden around the mall for a chance to win an Ultimate Easter Gift Basket.
The Giveaway period as indicated above and will begin at 9:30 am on the first day and end at 6:00 pm on the last day of the contest (Saskatchewan time). Mountwater Capital Corp. has the right to stop/cancel the event at any time.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
Simply be present in the mall during the giveaway period to search for the eggs!
PRIZES TO BE WON:
Ultimate Easter Gift Basket ($500 value)
PRIZE REDEMPTION:
Winner will be selected once the contest ends. Winner will be contacted and arrangements will be made to claim the prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating in this contest, the participant shall consent to Mountwater Capital Corp. All participants must abide by the Contest Rules. All contest entries remain the property of Mountwater Capital Corp. All decisions of Mountwater Capita Corp. are final.
Mountwater Capital Corp. holds the right to amend or change the Contest Rules at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against Mountwater Capital Corp., its tenants, advertising agency and consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination. By submitting pictures via Facebook (Victoria Square Shopping Centre) or email (marketing@vicsquare.ca) to Mountwater Capital Corp., you consent for them to be shared for company promotion.
Representatives of Mountwater Capital Corp. shall make all decisions with respect to the administration of the Contest and such decisions will be final and binding. The Contest shall be governed in accordance with all Federal, Provincial and Municipal Law and Regulations.
None of the shopping centres managed by Mountwater Capital Corp. or their agents shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the participation in the Contest or receipt of the Prize awarded.
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the independent administration and judging organization, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded.
None of the Sponsors or the contest administration or judging organizations are responsible for any lost or damaged paper ballots or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or at any website and assume no liability for damage to entrant’s or any person’s computer resulting from participating in the contest. The Sponsors are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may withdraw in their sole discretion any contest found to contain such error without liability.
