Love is in the Air Contest

CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS 

This contest is intended for residents of Canada only, and will be interpreted according to Canadian Law.  This contest is being conducted by Artis Victoria Square Ltd, and excludes employees of retail tenants of shopping centres managed by Artis Victoria Square Ltd., directors, officers, representatives and agents of Artis Victoria Square Ltd., and their agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion agencies, assignees, personal associates, families, as well as those with whom they reside, (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsors”).  All winners must be 18 years of age or older who will sign the Contest Release Form. 

CONTEST:

Period: February 1st-13th, 2019

Customers of Victoria Square Shopping Centre have a chance to win $850 in prizes and gift cards to Victoria Square Retailers. Purchase is necessary. Prizes will be accepted as rewarded.  

The Contest period as indicated at the top of this box will begin at 9:30 am on the first day and end at 4:30 pm on the last day of the contest (Saskatchewan time).  Artis REIT has the right to stop/cancel the event at any time.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Receive a ballot with purchase at participating Victoria Square retailers and enter it into the ballot box located at checkout for a chance to win.

PRIZES TO BE WON:

Prizes valued at $850 in prizes and gift cards to Victoria Square retailers.

PRIZE REDEMPTION:

• Prizes will be awarded within 3 standard business days of contest end.
• Odds of winning prizes is on a first come basis, depending on the specific or random times you are shopping at the participating retailers.
• All prizes awarded may not be substituted and are not transferable and have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.
• Prize Winners/Parents/Guardians will be required to present proof of age (must by 18 years or older to be eligible to win) and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.
• A correctly answered skill testing question may be required.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in this contest, the participant shall consent to Artis Victoria Square Ltd and AX Property Management LP managed Shopping Centre obtaining personal information. All participants must abide by the Contest Rules.  All contest entries remain the property of Artis Victoria Square Ltd. All decisions of Artis Victoria Square Ltd. are final.

Artis Victoria Square Ltd. holds the right to amend or change the Contest Rules at any time without prior notice.  Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against Artis Victoria Square Ltd, its tenants, advertising agency and consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination. By submitting pictures via Facebook (Victoria Square Shopping Centre) or email (vicsquare@artisreit.com) to Artis Victoria Square Ltd and AX Property Management LP, you consent for them to be shared for company promotion.

Representatives of Artis Victoria Square Ltd shall make all decisions with respect to the administration of the Contest and such decisions will be final and binding.  The Contest shall be governed in accordance with all Federal, Provincial and Municipal Law and Regulations. 

None of the shopping centres managed by Artis Victoria Square Ltd or their agents shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the participation in the Contest or receipt of the Prize awarded.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the independent administration and judging organization, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded.

None of the Sponsors or the contest administration or judging organizations are responsible for any lost or damaged paper ballots or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or at any website and assume no liability for damage to entrant’s or any person’s computer resulting from participating in the contest. The Sponsors are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may withdraw in their sole discretion any contest found to contain such error without liability.
