CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS 

This contest is intended for residents of Canada only, and will be interpreted according to Canadian Law.  This contest is being conducted by Artis Victoria Square Ltd. and its agent AX Property Management L.P., and excludes employees of retail tenants of shopping centres owned by Artis Victoria Square Ltd., directors, officers, representatives and agents of Artis Victoria Square Ltd., and their agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion agencies, assignees, personal associates, families, as well as those with whom they reside, (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsors”).  All winners must be 18 years of age or older and will be required to sign the Contest Release Form. 

CONTEST:

Period: July 1st-31st, 2019

During the contest period, customers of participating retailers of Victoria Square Shopping Centre will be able to enter to win a $100 gift card to a Victoria Square retailer of their choice by posting a picture or text about the mall and tag our Facebook (@VicSquare), Instagram (@VictoriaSquareShoppingCentre) or Twitter (@VicSquare_) pages.

The Contest period as indicated above will begin at 9:30 am and end at 6:00 pm on the day of the contest (Saskatchewan time).  Artis Victoria Square Ltd. and/or its affiliates have the right to stop/cancel the event at any time.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Post a picture or text promoting your favorite part of Victoria Square Shopping Centre and tag our Facebook (@VicSquare), Instagram (@VictoriaSquareShoppingCentre) or Twitter (@VicSquare_) pages.

PRIZES TO BE WON:

Prizes valued at $100 in gift cards to a Victoria Square Shopping Centre retailer of the winner’s choice.

PRIZE REDEMPTION:

• Prizes will be awarded within the month they are assigned of the following calendar year.
• Odds of winning prizes are dependent upon participation numbers.
• All prizes awarded may not be substituted and are not transferable and have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.
• Prize Winners/Parents/Guardians will be required to present proof of age (must by 18 years or older to be eligible to win) and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.
• A correctly answered skill testing question may be required.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating in this contest, the participant shall consent to Artis Victoria Square Ltd. and AX Property Management L.P. obtaining personal information. All participants must abide by the Contest Rules.  All contest entries remain the property of Artis Victoria Square Ltd. All decisions of Artis Victoria Square Ltd. are final.

Artis Victoria Square Ltd. holds the right to amend or change the Contest Rules at any time without prior notice.  Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse against Artis Victoria Square Ltd., its tenants, advertising agency and consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation or termination. By submitting pictures via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (Victoria Square Shopping Centre) or email (vicsquare@artisreit.com) to Artis Victoria Square Ltd. and AX Property Management L.P., you consent for them to be shared for company promotion.

Representatives of Artis Victoria Square Ltd. shall make all decisions with respect to the administration of the Contest and such decisions will be final and binding.  The Contest shall be governed in accordance with all Federal, Provincial and Municipal Law and Regulations.

None of the shopping centres managed by AX Property Management LP or their agents shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the participation in the Contest or receipt of the Prize awarded.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the independent administration and judging organization, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest. All entries become the property of AX Property Management L.P. and none will be returned. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded.

AX Property Management L.P. is not responsible for any lost or damaged paper ballots or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or at any website and assume no liability for damage to entrant’s or any person’s computer resulting from participating in the contest. The Sponsors are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may withdraw in their sole discretion any contest found to contain such error without liability.
