CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS

ELIGIBILITY:
This content is intended for residents of Canada only, and will be interpreted according to Canadian Law. This contest is being conducted by Artis Victoria Square Ltd.
and excludes employees of retail tenants of shopping centres managed by Artis Victoria Square Ltd., directors, officers, representatives, and agents of
Artis Victoria Square Ltd., and their agents (“Sponsors”). All winners must be 18 years of age or older who will sign the Consent Release Form.

CONTEST:
Customers of Victoria Square Shopping Center have a chance to win back their purchase of $25.00 or more from any participating retailer. Total value of prize(s) is based on winner(s) entry.  
The Contest period as indicated above will begin on January 2, 2021 and end at 11:59 PM on the final day of the contest January 30, 2020
Artis Victoria Square Ltd. and/or its affiliates have the right to stop/cancel the event at any time.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
During the contest period, customers are asked to submit a photo of their receipt of $25.00 or more from any of the Participating retailers at Victoria Square Shopping Centre.
Entries must be submitted online. 

PRIZE REDEMPTION:
 * prizes will be awarded within 3 standard business days of contest ending
 * Odds of winning prizes is on a random basis and depending how many entries are made between all participating retailers
 * All prizes awarded may not be substituted and are not transferable and have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded
 * Must be 18 years of older to be eligible to win and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability
 * A correctly answered skill testing question may be required

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
By participating in this contest, the participant shall consent to Artis Victoria Square Ltd. and AX Property Management L.P. obtaining personal information.
All participants must abide by the Contest Rules. All contest entries remain the property of Artis Victoria Square Ltd. All decisions of Artis Victoria Square Ltd. are final.

Artis Victoria Square Ltd. holds the right to amend or change the Contest Rules at any time without prior notice. Any participant in the Contest shall have no legal recourse
against Artis Victoria Square Ltd., its tenants, advertising agency and consultants or their respective employees for any such changes, cancellation, or termination.

By submitting pictures via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (Victoria Square Shopping Centre) or email (marketing@vicsquare.ca) to Artis Victoria Square Ltd.
 and AX Property Management L.P., you consent for them to be shared for company promotion.
Representatives of Artis Victoria Square Ltd. shall make all decisions with respect to the administration of the Contest and such decisions will be final and binding.  
The Contest shall be governed in accordance with all Federal, Provincial and Municipal Law and Regulations. None of the shopping centres managed by
AX Property Management LP or their agents shall be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable
 to the participation in the Contest or receipt of the Prize awarded.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the contest, participants agree to be bound by
 these official rules and by the decisions of the independent administration and judging organization, which shall be final on all matters relating to this contest.
All entries become the property of AX Property Management L.P. and none will be returned. By entering the contest, entrants’ consent to the use of their
name and/or photograph, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded.

AX Property Management L.P. is not responsible for any lost or damaged paper ballots or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems or servers,
computer software problems or traffic congestion on the internet, or at any website and assume no liability for damage to entrant’s or any
person’s computer resulting from participating in the contest. The Sponsors are not responsible for printing, distribution, or production errors and
may withdraw in their sole discretion any contest found to contain such error without liability.
