The pearl might be one of the reasons to make bubble tea become so famous internationally. It also has different names like tapioca, boba, or bubble. Our pearl is made from sweet potato and cooked all by ourselves in-store by strictly controlling the time and temperature. We believe that homemade is one of the best ways to control the quality.
