Discover local products, handmade goods, food, art, unique finds, small businesses, and community organizations at the VicSquare Community Market. Our goal is to create a welcoming weekly destination where Regina residents can shop local, meet local entrepreneurs, and discover something new every Saturday.

The market takes place indoors at Victoria Square Shopping Centre, making it a comfortable, weather-independent weekend market throughout the year.

Admission is free for visitors.

For the first 90 days, 100% of vendor booth fees will be reinvested into advertising and promoting the VicSquare Community Market.

BECOME A VENDOR

We welcome local makers, artisans, entrepreneurs, farmers, food vendors, artists, youth entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and other local businesses.

Products and businesses may include:

• Local produce and grocery products
• Baked goods and approved packaged foods
• Handmade goods and crafts
• Artwork, prints, and photography
• Jewelry and accessories
• Clothing and fashion
• Home décor
• Plants and flowers
• Candles and home fragrance products
• Bath and body products
• Books, stationery, toys, and games
• Vintage items and collectibles
• Seasonal and holiday products
• Youth entrepreneur businesses
• Nonprofit and community organizations
• Local businesses and service providers

Other products and business types may be considered. All vendors and products are subject to approval.

 

BOOTH INFORMATION

 

• Standard booth space: approximately 8′ × 5′
• One booth — bring your own table: $20 per market day
• One booth — one table included: $30 per market day
• Two booths — two tables included: $40 per market day
• Youth entrepreneurs and registered nonprofit organizations — bring your own table: $15 per market day/One table included: $25 per market day

• Tables must be selected during booking and are subject to availability
• Prices are subject to GST

Youth entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations requiring more than one booth or table should contact the market organizer before booking.

Vendors selecting the bring-your-own-table option are responsible for providing providing and setting up their own table or display equipment. All tables, displays, products, and equipment must remain within the reserved booth area.

Food vendors and special setups require advance approval. Cooking, reheating, hot-food preparation, and hot-holding equipment are not permitted at indoor market booths. Electrical outlets are not available. Alcohol may not be sold or distributed. Vendors are responsible for all applicable licences, permits, approvals, insurance, food-safety, and product-labelling requirements.

 

HOW TO APPLY AND BOOK

STEP 1 — COMPLETE THE VENDOR APPLICATION

If this is your first time applying to the VicSquare Community Market, please complete the Vendor Application below.

You only need to submit the application once. Our team will review your business, products, and setup requirements and contact you regarding approval.

If you have already been approved and VicSquare has your vendor profile on file, you do not need to complete the application again.

STEP 2 — SELECT YOUR DATES AND PAY ONLINE

 
Once approved, use the booking button below to:• Select your preferred Saturday
• Choose your booth option
• Select your vendor check-in and setup time
• Pay your booth fee securely online

Your selected booking time is your arrival and setup time. The market itself runs from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
